Bluecoat Press commenced trading in 1992. Based in Brick Street, Liverpool’s new creative area, it has established a reputation for high quality books of local interest.
Initially specializing in publishing historical photographs, BP expanded into other areas, including architecture, sport and tourism. In 1998, it published its first volume of Tom Slemen’s Haunted Liverpool series and has now completed its 25th book with the ever-popular ghost writer.
The success of Bluecoat Press is attention to quality and over 200 books have been published in its sixteen years. Submissions from authors are always welcome but please email first with a brief synopsis of your book.
