How is my book being sent?

 

Books are shipped weekly from our warehouse in the UK. Once you have placed an order you item(s) will be shipped in 3-5 working days and you will receive an email confirmation once it has left our warehouse. If you have paid for a tracked service you will also receive the tracking number in the email.

 

My book has not arrived, what now?

 

If your book has not arrived with and you have a tracking service, please check the tracking for information for updates on the orders location. If you do not have tracking please email info@bluecoatpress.co.uk so we can assist you with any problems.

 

Do you offer returns on orders?

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you take book submissions?

 

We do accept submissions both digitally, and strive to acknowledge and respond to each individual personally but due to the volume of submissions we cannot guarantee a reply to your submission. If you would like to send a physical dummy, please contact us first. We are not responsible for damage or returns of physical submissions.
