A fascinating journey following the route of Liverpool's first electric tramway. From 1898, the first trams ran from the site of Liverpool Castle to Dingle. Trams travelled through one of the most populated areas of the city: along Park Lane, St James' Street and Park Road.
Although many books have been written about different aspects of Liverpool's history, the south end of the city has been largely overlooked.
